We Started With One Truck, One Family, and One Promise
Back in 2010, Sacto Termite Control wasn’t a website or a brand. It was a father, a pickup truck, and a reputation built one handshake at a time.
We opened our doors on Land Avenue in Sacramento with a simple idea — that homeowners in this valley deserved honest termite service. No inflated quotes. No treatments they didn’t need. No technician rushing through a job to get to the next one. Just thorough, licensed work done right, backed by a guarantee that actually meant something.
Word spread the old-fashioned way. A neighbor told a neighbor. A real estate agent recommended us to a client. A family whose home we saved from a drywood infestation called us again when they moved across town. That’s how the first few years went — slowly, steadily, one Sacramento home at a time.
Fifteen Years of Showing Up
What we couldn’t have predicted in 2010 was just how much Sacramento would grow — and how much we would grow with it.
By the mid-2010s, calls were coming in from Elk Grove, Roseville, Folsom, and Carmichael. Families in Fair Oaks and Rancho Cordova were dealing with the same subterranean termite pressure that Sacramento homeowners had always faced, and they needed someone they could trust. So we expanded — not by becoming a franchise, not by cutting corners to move faster, but by bringing on trained technicians who shared the same values this business was built on.
Today we serve 18 cities across the Sacramento Valley. We’ve protected more than 5,000 homes. We’ve issued WDO reports for hundreds of real estate transactions, helped first-time buyers close with confidence, and put Termite Bonds in place that give families peace of mind year after year.
But we’re still the same family-owned operation we were on day one. The decisions are still made by the same people who answer the phone when you call.
Why We Finally Went Online in 2026
For fifteen years, we ran almost entirely on referrals and relationships. We didn’t need a website to stay busy — and honestly, we were skeptical that the internet would add anything to the way we do business.
We were wrong about that.
In 2026, we launched sactotermitecontrol.com because our customers told us they wanted it. They wanted to read about our services before picking up the phone. They wanted to understand the difference between subterranean and drywood termites before we showed up at their door. They wanted to find us at 10pm when they noticed something alarming in their garage and didn’t know what to do about it.
So here we are — online, finally — but still the same family business behind the screen. When you fill out a contact form, a real person reads it. When you call (916) 530-2030, someone who knows this company picks up. Nothing about how we treat our customers has changed. We just made it easier to find us.
What We Believe
We believe a termite inspection should be free because you shouldn’t have to pay to find out the truth about your home.
We believe in same-day response because termite damage doesn’t wait, and neither should you.
We believe in written guarantees because a verbal promise isn’t worth anything if something goes wrong.
And we believe that a family-owned business, serving the community it actually lives in, will always do better work than one that doesn’t.
That’s been our standard since 2010. It’s still our standard today.
